Drifting Dunes is a vacation home and retreat company. We have 3 locations in west Michigan. One in Augusta, near Battle Creek, one on Campbell Lake in Kalamazoo and another in Grand Haven.

DUNESIDE RETREAT GRAND HAVEN

From our Grand Haven home you can hear the waves of Lake Michigan. There's immediate door step access to the 20 miles of lakeshore trail, from Grand Haven to Holland. Enjoy the privacy of a large property with room to roam in the woods. During the summer, the Grand Haven home operates as a family vacation rental. 14 people are accommodated with 3 queen beds and 4 bunk beds divided across the 3 bedrooms. During the rest of the year, it is set up as a retreat home with 10 twin beds.

CREEKSIDE RETREAT AUGUSTA 

A large idyllic home in a rural, residential setting. 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining room. Let the kids paddle in the creek. Grill on the deck overlooking the woods. Relax in the hot tub. The home is a 5 to 10 minute drive to all of the famous Gull Lake area golf courses. This location is set up year round to accommodate craft retreats and vacationing families. It sleeps up to 13, in 2 queen beds and 9 twin beds  across 5 bedrooms.

LAKEHOUSE RETREAT KALAMAZOO

Located on Campbell Lake. Enjoy fishing, swimming, and campfires on the 200 foot long beach. The beach is on your doorstep. This 3200 sq. ft, 4 bedroom ranch style home has all the comforts of home. Hot tub.  4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms look out onto the lake.

SCRAPBOOK & CRAFTING RETREATS

We offer crafting retreats at all our locations. Craft rooms are set up with 8-11 (depending on location) workstations, featuring office lighting, office style seating and a 6ft long work table. Please contact us for further information or visit our retreats page here.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Born in Wales, Rich has spent many vacations in rental properties in the USA and Europe. In 2016, with the keen support of his wife, Marcie, he decided to start his own rental business in his home state of Michigan. Pulling from experience as a renter, you'll find his homes to be extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. He manages the properties himself and is available 24/7 should you need him during your stay.
